The OutDoor with black dial has become a highly valued time piece. It is constructed and designed for active people who need a rugged watch which is still comfortable to wear. ARCHIMEDE now launches the OutDoor with a white, full luminous dial and black hands.
The characteristics of the new version are unchanged:
Lightweight: 75g with new leather strap, 125g with steel bracelet
Medium size: a comfortable 39mm
Thickness: a thin 11,2mm

but ruggedly built and equal to the most demanding environments making it suitable for all outdoor sports.
The new all luminous dial uses the powerful Super Luminova BGW9. The whole surface of the dial shines interrupted by the black indexes and hands. The contrast is big and so the readability is perfect – daytime and nighttime.
The brushed stainless steel case with screw down back protects the rugged Swiss Sellita SW200 movement. The water resistance is 200m. One can take this watch for surfing in Hawaii or climbing in the Alps.
The case of the OutDoor has also got some changes. The crown guard is a bit larger than before and we use now the case back of the 300m diver ‘SportTaucher’. Inside the case we have changed the complete construction. The movement is now fixed directly into the case body. A separate movement holder is no more necessary.
When the superluminova is ‘loaded’ the whole dial surface shines very bright.
We have manufactured the first series of the luminous dialed OutDoor. It is available and the prices are:
With steel bracelet: Eur 680
With black leather strap: Eur 625
Compared to the black dialed version (Eur 615 / Eur 560) it is higher in price because the full luminous dial is more difficult in production and assembling.

Thank you for your prompte reply. ARCHIMEDE OutDoor will be again offered with a white dial. But it won’t be full luminous as the old model – only the indexes with be luminous.
Furthermore there will be a red & a sand/beige dial.

Is the outdoor white case comes with the 1200vickers hardness case ?

The Hardness of the case is ca. 1200 HV.
