After the very successful launch of the ARCHIMEDE 1950’s family in November 2014 with the ‘1950-1’, the series continues with the ‘1950-2’, a tribute to the 60 year old watch design. The new model features a curved dial with hand-applied indexes and numerals – typical for 1950’s watches. The new Ickler case can be fitted with either a historically authentic Plexi – or a “modern” Sapphire – crystal in the same design. The newly developed crown was designed according the distinctively flat watch crowns of the 1950’s. Despite its slim appearance the crown can be well wound and also offers a water resistance of 3 atm.
